“The Attic”

My friends, Judy and Ellen, owned a clothing store in my small home town. It was named “The Attic.” The clothes in their store were beautiful. And pricey. They sold like hotcakes, anyway. I think I know why. Judy and Ellen knew every repeat customer by name, all of her likes, dislikes and former purchases. Every time a lady entered their store, Judy and Ellen treated them like queens: they were there to work for her. A customer left their store satisfied with her purchases, and feeling she had made two new friends. I know, because I shopped there. Great customer service made “The Attic” a success for many, many years. Their example reminds me how to treat my customers.
